Order book closed- Not taking orders for the time being until the wait list is cleared. We need to catch up on all the last orders (sorry guys!). Once the list has been cleared, I’ll open up the books again for new orders again.
ATTENTION- As of July ‘22 we realized that many emails were not getting to us. It’s uncertain how long this has been happening. Possibly a year or more. In addition, any emails sent at that time have gone to an unknown limbo, possibly never to return. We were using a complicated email forwarding service that turns out to have been garbage. Some customer’s email addresses have also been lost, but not all. Historically we’ve not been great at emails, but now this has made things a bit of a nightmare. Please get back in touch with us. We’ll do our best to get everything back on track.
Please contact us by email to discuss what you’re looking for in a set of pipes. To get on the wait list we will ask for a $50 deposit.
When the pipes have gone through the beginning stages of work (1-2 years), and they are ready to start the finishing stages, we will ask for half payment. Once that first half payment is received we will try to have the pipes ready for shipping in 6-8 months. We will contact you to arrange final payment when the pipes are more or less ready to go.
We can also be reached by phone to answer any questions, but we prefer to set up a time to speak via email as it is difficult to reach us by phone in the shop and we dislike voicemails.
